JOB DESCRIPTION

Qualification:

  • Diploma Certification in Mechanical,Manufacturing Technology or related field.
  • All qualifications must comply with provincial human rights legislation.

Qualifications include Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

  • Minimum 5 years working experience related field.
  • Minimum 13 years of management or supervisory experiennce
  • Machine maintenance knowledge.
  • Understand technical direction on blueprints, Job travelers and MS Office suite

Responsibilities:

  • This position will report to the Supervisor / Section Head
  • Demonstrate the ability to perform all of the Machinist Grade I, II and III requirements
  • Support all CNC manufacturing requirement with minimum supervision Ensure that all machines are running and meeting the production expectations
  • Assists Manufacturing Engineering in machining adjustments and operational improvement5Ensures strict tolerance requirements are maintained in the manufacture of parts.

  • Confers and corresponds with establishment representatives to rectify problems, such as damages, shortages, and non-conformance to specifications.
  • Effectively communicates production requirements to team members.6Ensures maximum efficiencies are being done by Leaders, Machinists and Operators while completed on time and with quality.
  • Ensure operation of equipment by coordinating repairs and preventative maintenance.
  • Effectively coach team members to ensure they understand and actively participate in continuous improvement processes.
  • Any other responsibility which may be assigned form time to time by immediate superior and above

Pay:
RM2, RM4,500.00 per month
