JOB OVERVIEW
To be responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries, and sorting and distributing mail.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum SPM
Minimum 1 year relevant experience
Telephone Skills, Verbal Communication, Microsoft Office Skills, Listening, Professionalism, Customer Focus.
Pleasant looking, warm personality, good interpersonal skills
Good understanding and strong human relation skills
Able to work independently
Self-proactive, initiative and motivated.
Good communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to be resourceful and proactive in dealing with issues that may arise
