Your role in a nutshell:

Take a role in conceptualizing and executing highquality 3D designs and marketing materials, ensuring alignment with brand vision and industry trends.
Efficiently manage resources and workflows to deliver projects within agreed schedules and budgets, while maintaining high standards of quality and coordination within the team.

Your mission will be to:

Conceptualizing, planning, executing, and delivering highcaliber projects within established timelines and budgets.
Collaborate closely with the team to innovate and develop designs and concepts that resonate with current trends and uphold our brand identity.
Effectively manage resources and workflow to ensure seamless coordination of tasks and the maintenance of high standards.
Assist the team with various design tasks, including creating layouts, producing digital assets, and preparing design files for print or digital publication.
Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure that design projects are progressing smoothly and meeting deadlines.
Keep track of project timelines and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
Contribute creative ideas and concepts to design projects, bringing fresh perspectives and innovative solutions to the table.
Collaborate with team members to brainstorm ideas and develop creative concepts.
Review design files and materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Conduct quality checks on design deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and project requirements.
Assist with client communication and correspondence, providing updates on project progress and addressing any questions or concerns.
Maintain positive relationships with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
Provide administrative support that relates to the design team.
Contribute to ad hoc and special projects, playing a vital role in the company's growth and success.

A little about you:

A detailoriented, reliable, and resourceful team player.
Passion for sport, fitness, and wellness. Bachelor's degree in interior design, graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.
Fresh graduates or 3 years of experience in space planning, interior design, or a similar role, preferably in residential property development.
Proficiency in design software such as CAD, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
A positive mindset, strong interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering highquality work.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems and address challenges.
