Job description:

Junior Executive with the Media Services department gathers and analyse various media coverage data and translates it into meaningful insights and information for organizations (the clients) to keep them informed of recent media reporting and relevant coverages.

This role will require you to assist in compiling data, summarising the information, and writing reports. (You may also be asked to assist in researching media measurement and infographic tools and provide a recommendation.)

Responsibilities:

Research and understand mainstream and social media landscape.
Summarise media items quickly and accurately.
Assist in analysing mainstream media and social content to deliver insightful and relevant reports for clients.
Draft and prepare reports based on assigned template with relevant content and data gathered.
Perform other jobrelated duties as assigned by direct manager.

Requirements and key skills:

Graduate with Mass Comm/Marketing/Business diploma/degree or its equivalent
Fresh graduates are highly welcomed
Meticulous and attention to detail approach to work
Proficient in using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Powerpoint (for data manipulation and visualisation).
Strong time management skills to consistently meet daily delivery deadlines.
Proficiency in multitasking and effectively handling multiple projects with different deadlines.
Proficiency in reading and understand Chinese media is a plus.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with good report writing skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Proactive and has a positive and cando attitude.
Independent, and a good team player
