Position:
Client Solution Specialist ( Japanese Speaker)


Tenure: 1 Year contract ( Renewable Basis)

Salary:
RM RM 10000


Working Location:
Kuala Lumpur


Responsibilities:


  • Drive revenue for our client by supporting scalable sales programs across a variety of direct clients and agencies.
  • Drive product adoption and educate clients and agencies in a scalable fashion.
  • Ensure that our clients receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service.
  • Liaise with crossfunctional teams on structuring and executing operational and strategic services and programs.
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services.
  • Monitor the status of his/her Book of Business ( "BoB"). Communicate with advertisers in time when unusual spend fluctuation happens to defend revenue or discover new growth opportunity
  • Analyze performance of priority accounts (problematic or toptier advertiser) and create optimization actions.
  • Able to identify highvalue opportunities and lowhanging fruit
  • Communicate effectively with advertisers regarding ads review, finance, product etc. to achieve good customer experience
  • Answer advertiser questions; provide account setup guidance and simple optimization suggestions for high potential advertisers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as reach out to advertisers with problems via phone to provide solutions
  • Communicate budget increase with advertisers and encourage them to increase investment on advertising using Client's platforms
  • Collaborate with Client's internal resources (POC/Data/selfservice project manager/Ads platform/Ads delivery/Sales CRM platform) to support Client's to develop product features/tools/delivery/account management strategy that empower SMB customers and enhance work efficiency of Client Solution Specialists by providing the advice

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, or any other related area of study.
  • Fluent in Japanese speak and write
  • 13 years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales, online advertising experience and/or strong outbound sales experience within largescale BPO operations
  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment
  • Passionate about social media digital marketing and have a strong understanding of the concepts and trends
  • Have strong drive to achieve marketing and revenue targets, while adhering to business policies and compliance
  • Expert knowledge of social media, mobile apps, and digital and mobile marketing.
  • Knowledge of the selfserve platform, auction, and biddable form of digital advertising buying.
  • Experience working in a sales or account management role with small businesses, insurance industry, etc
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.
