Change Management Officer

  • FULL TIME
  • MALAYSIAN ONLY


We are looking for a change management officer to join our team and support the successful implementation of organizational changes that affect our staff, customers, and stakeholders.

As a change management officer, you will be responsible for developing and executing change management strategies and plans that align with our vision, mission, and values.

You will also work closely with senior leaders, project managers, and other key stakeholders to ensure effective communication, engagement, training, and support for the changes.


Responsibilities:


  • Conduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders and their needs
  • Design, develop, deliver, and manage clear and consistent communications to inform and engage staff, customers, and stakeholders about the changes
  • Provide input, document requirements, and support the design and delivery of training programs to equip staff with the skills and knowledge to adopt and use the changes
  • Identify, analyze, and prepare risk mitigation tactics to address potential resistance or barriers to change
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management interventions and report on the progress and outcomes of change initiatives
  • Support and coach senior leaders, managers, and supervisors to fulfill their roles as change sponsors and agents
  • Collaborate with project managers and project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Create change strategy to support the adoption of changes required by a project or initiative.
  • Integrate change management activities into master project plan.
  • Conduct change impact assessment, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders.
  • Develop appropriate communications and engagement plan to support the change strategy, including obtaining necessary reviews and approvals for execution, as well as highlighting and addressing related risks/issues.
  • Engage corporate/business communication team to deliver communication materials as required and track the progress of design and development activities to ensure ontime delivery.
  • Develop appropriate training approach and plan, including training needs analysis, to ensure the right fit and delivery of required training needs.
  • Work closely with business to provide input, document requirements and support in the design and delivery of training program followed by tracking progress and addressing risk/issues in training phase.
  • Ensure Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) is updated for operations reference before project goes live.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, communication, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in change management or a similar role in a large and complex organization
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering organizational change projects
  • Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, tools, and best practices
  • Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
  • Ability to influence and persuade others to achieve desired outcomes
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and cope with ambiguity
