Description
As a Tower Cranes Operations Executive, you will be responsible for all activities after sales / rental service which include installation, commissioning, and maintenance of machinery with mínimal supervision from Senior Manager
  • Technical Planning.
  • Respond to customer service requests to troubleshoot problems and take corrective actions within the target timeline.
  • Support in troubleshooting equipment problems that cannot be performed by service engineers or technicians.
  • To provide training and guidance to junior engineers and technicians
  • Constantly develop and upgrade technical in order to provide quality service
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with customers.
  • Prepare service reports to the manager
  • Effective team working to ensure division and company objectives are achieved.
  • TobetheleaderintheTowerCraneandPassenger/MaterialHoistmarket.
Toensureadequatereturnofcapitalcommensuratewithourleadershippositioninthemarket.
Tobeareliableandresponsivesupplierofqualityandcost-effectiveproducts.
Toprovideamotivating,safeandrewardingenvironmentforouremployees.
Tomaintainmutuallybeneficialrelationshipswithoursuppliers.
