**JOB DESCRIPTION:
- *
  • Focuses on JB office daily operations and sales activity to ensure the branch activity is profitable.
  • Ensure JB daily operations effectiveness and maximizing potential to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Develop sustaining longterm relationships with customers for customer retention.
  • Provide contingency planning to operation team to minimize delivery disruptions to customers.
  • Close working with HQ Sales team in implementing the sales Management process in identifying key customers and prospects.
  • Attend the sales meeting with customers to improve JB office sales target in achieving the profit.
  • Participate with Sales team for new customer bidding process.
  • Manage the Customer customer's enquiries, complaints and take ownership of complaints, investigate till up to resolution.
  • Analyzing feedback from potential and existing customer and prepare reports to the Management.
  • Review or revise the procedures, work instructions & guidelines.
  • Conducting performance reviews judiciously and motivating staff.
  • Ensure all the activity are compliance with business ethics and Company code of conduct.
  • Ensure the employee adhere to the Health, Safety and Environmental Policy all the time.
  • Provides strategic and people leadership of the functions and guides the Company growth.
  • Any other duties and projects assigned by the Management.
  • Ensure all the employees are comply to the entire ISO procedures to maintain and improve the Company Quality system.
**WORKING EXPERIENCE & ACEDEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- *
  • Bachelor Degree or Diploma with minimum experience for 7 years in Sales Management or Logistics Industry or in any related field.
  • Minimum SPM with Experience in Logistics Industry or any related field for 15 years.
  • Good business acumen and knowledge in the Logistics including all mode transportation and warehousing.
  • Commercial flair and a proven ability to develop close relationships with key customers, customers, government officers, suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Proficient ethical leadership abilities, Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Multilinguals with Japanese / Mandarin is an advantages.

Pay:
RM6, RM7,000.00 per month
