    This role involves supporting existing customers, mainly general contractors. The job entails maintaining strong relationships with clients, attending industry exhibitions and conferences to showcase products, and occasionally traveling to exciting locations in Asia.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Obtain orders and handle customer inquiries effectively.
    2. Foster close communication with existing customers through regular visits and updates.
    3. Promote company products at exhibitions and events.
    4. Provide timely sales activity reports to superiors.
    5. Prepare comprehensive sales reports, presentations, proposals, and update the job list accordingly.
    6. Maintain confidentiality of customer information and adhere to company policies.
    7. Cultivate effective communication within the department and with other teams.
    8. Perform additional tasks assigned by superiors as needed.

    Job Requirements

    1. A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in any field is required.
    2. No technical expertise is necessary; training will be provided.
    3. The ideal candidate should possess their own vehicle for work-related purposes.

    Travel and Language Skills

    This position may involve business trips to non-Kuala Lumpur areas, including East Malaysia, China, Taiwan, or other APAC countries, approximately once or twice a year. Mandarin speakers are preferred due to the nature of the job.
