GENERAL DESCRIPTION

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Follow up on outstanding items as directed by the Finance Manager.
  • Monitor responses and conduct timely followups.
  • Act as a minute's taker during interdepartmental meetings, keeping track of outstanding issues and reminding the Finance Manager as necessary.
  • Assist with form filling for external parties and handle company document requests from external/intercompany parties.
  • Manage timekeeping and deadline reminders.
  • Coordinate and compile reports from teammates for review, reconciliation, or checking by the Finance Manager.
  • Initiate communication regarding incorrect invoices/entities to respective billing teammates.
  • Manage timekeeping and deadline reminders.

WORK REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in administrative support roles, preferably within a finance department.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
