Description
Responsible for sourcing, planning, and controlling stock inventory

  • Maintain & purchase of office supplies and uniform inventory.
  • Ensure office equipment & appliances work properly.
  • Ensure weekly/monthly/yearly payment is on track
  • Collect all invoices, obtain approval from HOD to sign off and remarks for payment purposes
  • Manage and oversee routine HQ building management/service maintenance including copier machines, pest control, cleaner arrangement, internet, security guard, plumbing issue, air conditioner issue, CCTV and alarm system.
  • Maintain proper record of tenancy agreement, TNB, Air Selangor, Telecommunication, Outlet license renewal, Business licenses renewal and follow up activities until approval obtained.
  • Oversee housekeeping and provide support to visitors.
  • Responsible for sundry stock take and arrangement for outlets.
  • Prepare outlet booklets and forms monthly.
  • Assist in planning and arranging all type of company events.
  • Assist in preparation of regularly schedule reports. (if required)
  • Assist in the recruitment and onboarding processes. (if required)
  • Overall workrelated task to ensure administrative issue to be attended and sorted out
  • Any other duties that will be assigned from time to time by the management

Job Requirements

  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and oral.
  • Min 2 year of working experience in the related field is required
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Resourceful, able to meet deadlines, ability to work independently & good teamplayer.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to details, willingness to develop & learn new skills.
  • Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Working days/hours:
Monday - Friday (8.30am - 6.15pm)

Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month


Education:


  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Experience:


  • Administration: 1 year (preferred)
Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)
