wJob Responsibilities

  • To maximize conference and banqueting revenue and profit through proactive selling techniques and pricing strategy
  • Respond to sales inquiries on timely manner from potential clients and customers seeking meeting space, annual dinner, conference, ceremony, food and beverage services.
  • Develop sales plans and strategies to meet or exceed established revenue and goals
  • Analyse business markets and design sales strategy & set goals to execute.
  • Oversee sales and event department for daily operation and activities.
  • Oversee event costing such as part timers recruitments, equipment for maintenance, meeting amenities and daily expenses in premises.
  • Evaluate and improve sales and financial performance.

Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related filed is required for this position.
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English
  • Excellent convincing abilities, good communication skills, sales and negotiation skills
  • A team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Salary:
RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
