JOB SUMMARY :
MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

DETAILED JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:


Major Duties:


  • To be involved in planning and improvement of chosen business function
  • Assist operations or HQ in day-to-day operations of the department
  • Management of sales floor daily operation issues and cleanliness
  • Management of merchandise and game machine to ensure sufficient stock and in good conditions
  • Management of store sales and expenses to maximize sales and profit
  • Management of store backroom
  • Compile and prepare reports, documentations, preparations, and correspondence
  • Ensure accuracy of the documents before submission
  • Maintain filing system of the department
  • Respond to customer's queries about various services

JOB REQUIREMENTS:


  • Applicable to all Malaysians.
  • Aged from years old.
  • At least a recognised diploma / degree holder in related field.
  • Fresh graduate or with one (1) or two (2) years working experience.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Energetic high achievers and team players.
  • Interested in a long-term commitment to the company and strongly motivated in pursuing a productive career with AFM.
  • Organizational value fit.
  • Posses' leadership qualities with positive attitude.
  • Able to work in shift and able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Job Type:
Contract

Contract length: 6 months


Salary:
RM2, RM2,200.00 per month
