The Product Manager will play a critical role in defining product strategy, driving product development, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative cybersecurity solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy:

Define and articulate the strategic vision, roadmap, and goals for our cybersecurity product portfolio in alignment with company objectives and market trends.

Market Research:

Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify market needs, trends, and opportunities for product innovation and differentiation.

Product Planning:
Develop and maintain product requirements, specifications, and user stories. Prioritize feature development based on customer feedback, business impact, and technical feasibility.

Product Development:

Collaborate with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to drive the development and delivery of high-quality cybersecurity products on time and within budget.

Product Launch:
Plan and execute product launches, including go-to-market strategies, messaging, positioning, pricing, and sales enablement materials.

Product Performance:
Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends. Identify areas for improvement and optimization to enhance product value and customer satisfaction.

Customer Engagement:
Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather feedback, validate product concepts, and build strong relationships. Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure that products comply with relevant cybersecurity regulations, standards, and industry best practices (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS, ISO

Qualifications:

Education:
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on cybersecurity products and technologies.

Cybersecurity Knowledge:
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and trends. Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks (e.g., NIST, CIS) and regulations (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) is preferred.

Product Management Skills:
Proven track record of successfully managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch. Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is a plus.

Salary:
RM8, RM11,000.00 per month
