Summary:


The Manufacturing Associate will be responsible for performing various activities to produce subassemblies, WIP products, and finished goods in support of engineering/R&D projects.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Operates hand tools, or production equipment.
  • Assembles products or subassemblies according to verbal or written instructions, or by following drawings or diagrams.
  • Execute redline experimental requests (ERs) independently.
  • Complete and review associated documents.
  • Compile and report yield and rejection data on a regular basis.
  • Maintain product traceability and reject tracking.
  • Proficient with Agile.
  • Train new employees.
  • Able to work in multiple areas/production lines throughout the workday or work week without oversight from Trainer or other experienced Manufacturing Associates.
  • Provide feedback to supervisor and engineering teams.
  • Able to describe processes to crossfunction visitors.
  • Follow and enforce GMP guidelines. This position assumes and performs other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements:


  • Typically requires a minimum of 46 years of related experience and High School diploma/certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience in GMP environment
