Administrative Assistant - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - Techsap ASP Sdn Bhd
Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Create order in system for stock replenishment as per request by Alternate Sales PIC on daily/ weekly as per SLA.
- Pick
- Ensure all stock has pick
- Collect consignment note from receptionist once received from CTL team & follow up with courier company send in preprint consignment note on timely as per SLA
- Perform stock in & out for each outlet/stock & printing document.
- Download POD from courier company portal & compile it in one file. Daily checking & verifying on the POD information & if got any unclear information or wrong delivery, need to follow up with courier company and ensure all correct data provided. SLA to compile the POD for each batch is 2 weeks after the delivery date.
- Perform retagging upon request from Sales PIC.
- Performs general clerical duties but not limited to photocopying & filing.
- Responsible to complete the task assigned by the supervisor.
- Assist sales team any issue related on delivery wrong delivery/ lostin transit by courier company.
Key Experiences and Qualification:
- High School / Post Graduate Diploma in any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu (speak & written)
- Meticulous and have strong sense of responsibility.
- Fast learner & Ability to multitasking under tight time pressures.
- Team player and responsible.
- Detailed oriented & able to deliver good quality of work.
Job Type:
Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary:
Up to RM4,105.76 per month

- Monday to Friday
Education:
- Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (required)
Experience:
- Administration: 1 year (preferred)
