Description
Responsible for the daily operations of the hotel.- Provide effective leadership to the team and team members to ensure targets are met.
- Be responsible for all the day to day queries, complaints or problems that arise in the Division.
- Plan, direct and coordinate the service delivery of all operational departments to meet and exceed guest/member/client expectations.
- Seek and respond to guest/member/client feedback to achieve positive outcomes and high levels of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Min Degree and above
- Min 5 yrs as hotel mgr.
- Age below 50 years old

RM7, RM9,000.00 per month
