Description
Responsible for handling customer queries from our leading global client's end-users and partners.

Serves as the first point of contact for customers by determining requirements, answering inquiries, resolving customer issues, fulfilling requests, and updating the customer database with relevant information.


JOB DESCRIPTION - Principle Accountabilities

  • Presents new products and services.
  • Enhance customer experience and satisfaction.
  • Demonstrate ability to gauge customer response.
  • Responsible for creating customer interest to convert to a sale.
  • Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, assess, and fulfill customer needs and educate the customer.
  • Resolve customer issues via onecall resolution guidelines and/or escalated process.
  • Meet or exceed company and client performance metrics.
  • Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact our client and its customers.
  • Responsible for call disposition or compiling and generating reports as required.

Key Qualifications/Requirements-

- At least 7 months BPO experience.

- Must have a minimum of B1/B2 proficiency in English.
-
Ability to type at least 35 WPM/95% accuracy.

  • Must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur, Work from office.
  • Can start immediately.
  • Good to excellent communication skills
  • Must be willing to work on shifting schedules especially overnight shifts

Job Types:

From RM3,000.00 per month
