Account Manager, Government-linked Corporation - Shah Alam, Malaysia - Canon Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd
Description
Gather and understand customer's needs and requirement or services that will help customers optimize efficiency and reduce costs;- Develop or generate business opportunities via creative initiative ie social media, event networking, LinkedIn, Canon's customer list, canvassing, cold calling, and meet up with potential customers to increase prospect;
- Implement sales strategies to source for new business opportunities in the GLC sector;
- Responsible for managing and servicing customer's accounts and maintaining a high level of sales achievement in targeted government and corporate segments;
- Organize and conduct product presentation and demonstration to the prospective customers;
- Prepare sales proposals and quotations to prospective customers.
; Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or ITrelated field;
- At least 2 years' relevant sales experience in GLC, government and corporate sectors;
- Outstanding sales mentality to engage, present and work closely with sales support operations;
- Resolute in meeting and exceeding sales revenue targets;
- Technically competent and able to integrate business and technical requirements into a good business proposal, maintaining excellent understanding of solutions and services in conjunction with business benefits;
- Strong customer focus and customer service mindset who has a track record of successful achievements;
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
