RESPONSIBILITIES

Conducts patrols of the property, including interior and exterior areas. o Ensures property is secured and maintained safely. o Monitors and responds to camera feeds. o Responds to security and emergency situations. o To checks all security items inside Security Check Point (SCP) in order. o Ensures guest and employee safety with vigilance and responsiveness. o Exercises good judgment and decisionmaking ability. o Able to work independently. o Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned. Participate in task forces and committees as assigned. o Consistent professional and positive attitude and actions when communicating with guests and associates. o Ensure maintenance problems are promptly reported through proper channels. o Comply with all company policies and procedures. o Practice safe work habits and comply with sanitary, safety, security and emergency procedures. o Write shift reports including reports on any incidents of theft, accidents or injuries when assigned. o On time and at work when scheduled, and in proper uniform. o Attend department meetings / briefing as scheduled. o Respond to guest requests, concerns and problems to ensure guest satisfaction. o Report any incidents of guest dissatisfaction or other matters of significance to Manager in order for corrective measures may be taken. o Any other tasks/duties as requested by management.

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES o Ability to understand and comply with safety and security policies, procedures and regulations.

o Ability to render first aid assistance at any point of time. o Ability to remain calm, take proper steps, and direct others in an emergency. o Ability to ensure release of any Company, and Guest information is consistent with privacy policies, practices and regulations. o Ability to compile facts/figures, identify and investigate issues, and resolve basic matters in a timely manner. o Ability to follow an appropriate course of action based on policies and procedures. o Ability to operate a computer, calculator, phone and other office equipment. o Attention to details with good organizational and efficient time management skills. o Consistent professional attitude and behavior with effective listening and communication skills. o Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible and efficient. o Ability to satisfy the legal requirements for employment within the jurisdiction. o Attention to details, good organizational skills and efficient time management. o Able to follow an appropriate course of action based on policies and procedures. o Ability to satisfy the legal requirements for employment within the jurisdiction.
