Description
1. To be responsible for secretarial functions i.e. typing, stenography, filing, sorting of incoming mail and others.- To perform reception function such as arrange appointments, receive visitors, channel telephone calls.
- To maintain confidential records and information.
- To arrange and coordinate meeting on behalf of the Executive Director
- Take minutes of meeting and may monitor action plans for the Executive Director.
- To arrange for travel itinerary and hotel booking for Executive Director.
- To assist with Administration work as directed by the company.
Job Types:
Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Salary:
RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
