Job Summary and Role
We are looking for a responsible and reliable experienced Press Brake CNC Bender to join our growing organization.

In this position, you will be responsible for shaping and forming sheet metal materials into various, components, parts or products according to specific design specifications and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Able to read and interpret engineering blueprints, drawing and specifications to understand the required dimensions, angles and tolerances for the sheet metal components.
Select and prepare the appropriate sheet metal materials ensuring they meet quality standards and match project requirements
Setup and operate sheet metal bending machines, including press brakes to accurately bend and shape the metal piece.
Able to use precision tools and gauges to bend, form and shape sheet metal according to specifications. Ensure that angles, curves and dimensions are accurate and within tolerances.
Inspect finished products to ensure meet quality standards.
Adhere to Safety guidelines and compliance when working with sheet metal and heavy machinery.
Maintained a clean and organized work area to prevent accidents.
Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipments in good conditions and to report malfunctions or issues for repair.
Maintain accurate records of work performed including measurements, materials used, and any modifications made to original design.
Work closely with Engineers, Designers and other team members to ensure shipment delivery commitment to customers on time.
Skills used in proper lifting techniques to avoid ergonomic injuries. Must be fit and strong to handle heavy loading activities.
Diploma or equivalent 2 to 3 years of Bending experience and knowledge on the Sheet Metal operations.
Proficiency in reading and interpret Blueprints and technical drawings.
Attention to details, precision and accuracy in sheet metal bending and fabrication processes to meet customers requirements.
Able to identify and resolve issues in fabrication process
