Description
Act as the primary point of contact for our valued customers. Provide exceptional assistance and support. Empathize, communicate effectively, and resolve issues to contribute to organizational goals of delivering outstanding customer experiences.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify customer issues, troubleshoot problems, and
    work towards effective solutions

Working Mode

  • 100% onsite
  • Location: Bayan Lepas, Pulau Pinang

Employees are required to commute to the office in Bayan Lepas, Penang

Working Hours

  • Monthly Rotational Shifts
  • 5 Days of work per week on monthly rotations
  • Possibly work on weekends, depending on shift arrangements

Renumeration Package

  • RM 2,500
  • RM 3,300
  • Additional Allowances

Requirements:

Native Proficiency in Mandarin (Speaking + Reading + Writing):

  • Fluent English
  • Minimum Education Required: SPM
