GENERAL DESCRIPTION

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Maintain the entire accounts receivable process, including collection and reconciliation activities.
  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of all incoming payments and collections.
  • Update receipt numbers to bank control and follow up on unknown payments with Operation and Sales teams.
  • Ensure timely issuance of credit notes and customer refunds with accuracy.
  • Follow up on outstanding items as directed by the superior and finance manager.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any accounts receivable and accounts payable related issues.
  • Assist in monthend closing activities related to accounts receivable and accounts payable.
  • Assist the superior or finance manager with BSP related tasks.

WORK REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and accounting software.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay:
RM2, RM3,200.00 per month
