Description

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing the Penang logistics office and the daily operational issue.
  • Developing, maintaining and managing Sales and Marketing plan for the branch
  • Developing, maintaining and managing vendors and customer relations.
  • Developing and motivating branch employee performance
  • Work closely with Business Unit/Regional leadership to develop, maintain and manage to improve revenue target.
  • Managing customer relationship, servicerelated issue and credit control are within the KPI/expectations.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management or a related field is typically required.
  • Relevant work experience in logistics and supply chain management is crucial.
  • Experience in progressively responsible roles within the total logistics supply chain in Import/Export/Domestic/LCL/Air & Ocean shipment/Warehousing & Depot management is highly valued.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and problemsolving skill.
  • Outgoing personality and able to engage with clients requirements

Salary:
RM4, RM11,000.00 per month

  • Georgetown: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:


  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

Experience:

Sales Marketing: 5 years (preferred)

  • Mandarin (required)
  • Bahasa (preferred)
