Responsibilities
- Overseeing the Penang logistics office and the daily operational issue.
- Developing, maintaining and managing Sales and Marketing plan for the branch
- Developing, maintaining and managing vendors and customer relations.
- Developing and motivating branch employee performance
- Work closely with Business Unit/Regional leadership to develop, maintain and manage to improve revenue target.
- Managing customer relationship, servicerelated issue and credit control are within the KPI/expectations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in business, logistics, supply chain management or a related field is typically required.
- Relevant work experience in logistics and supply chain management is crucial.
- Experience in progressively responsible roles within the total logistics supply chain in Import/Export/Domestic/LCL/Air & Ocean shipment/Warehousing & Depot management is highly valued.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and problemsolving skill.
- Outgoing personality and able to engage with clients requirements
Salary:
RM4, RM11,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Georgetown: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
Experience:
Sales Marketing: 5 years (preferred)
Language:
- Mandarin (required)
- Bahasa (preferred)
