Job Title:


  • Executive, Sales Support

Reports To:


  • Manager, Global Corporate Sales

Role Purpose:


  • Ensure the smooth functioning of the sales process, from lead generation to order processing and aftersales support.
  • Responsible for managing customer databases, monitoring inventory levels, facilitating customer inquiries, and providing administrative support to the sales team.

Key Accountability:


  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, managing customer databases, and maintaining sales records.
  • Collaborate with sales representatives to respond to customer inquiries, provide information on products and services, and facilitate the sales process.
  • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring that stock is available to meet customer demand.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, from 1st customer touchpoint through to delivery and aftersales support.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and provide insights to the sales team.
  • Attend sales meetings and provide recommendations for improvement based on customer feedback and market trends.
  • Assist with the preparation of sales presentations and proposals, providing administrative support as required.

Qualifications & Working Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
