Job Summary:

Providing after sales service/support to investors, agents and branches. Also provide timely response to queries from the above channel


Essential / Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Answering calls from the Branches, Agents and Customers regarding Unit Trusts.
  • Provide customer service to customer and agents who walk in at the counter.
  • Follow up for incomplete transactions submitted by branches, agents and customers.
  • Handling written enquiries related to agent and customer.
  • Continuously suggest new process improvement related to customer servicing.
  • Provide confirmation advice/ account statement/ audit confirmation and tax voucher to customer upon request.
  • Assisting investors/agents to resolve any issues arise from online platform.
  • Liaising with service providers and other departments for all operational matters related to daily investors' transactions.
  • Adhoc task as assign by Superior

Experience/ Qualifications/Requirement:


  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Good communication in English and Malay
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Detailoriented, organize, selfmotivated & ability to work independently
  • Responsible, positive and aggressive attitude.

Job Type:
Contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
