Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated, genuinely passionate individual who will support our team as a Technical Project Management Intern - Database Systems.

Join our Technical Account Managers where you can shine with not only your analytical ability but also your communication skills

By working with us, your communication skills will be sharpened as you manage integration relationship with our merchants and their technical teams.

You will also be able to sharpen your analytical skills as you will oversee the quality of product url and help to keep operation running smoothly.

Ensure successful onboarding and data integration of new ecommerce merchants onto our platform throughout each phase of the lifecycle, supporting database management & migration process
Perform and analyze integration tests, locate problems, identify roots causes and develop the solutions
Communicate technical and performance issues to the merchant and to our internal teams
Support teams to drive initiatives forward in a timely manner

Requirements:

Excellent communication skill
Students/Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
Studies in Information Systems/Computer Studies, with a keen interest in Information/Database/System Management
Comfortable utilizing SQL/noSQL database languages additional programming languages are an added advantage
Only for locals or students residing in Malaysia
Fresh Graduates can apply:

Positive, goto attitude, and the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
Able to meet a minimum 4 months' (16 weeks) internship duration
Able to start in
September 2023
