Key Responsibilities:
- Event Organizing and Management
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events and promotional activities to engage customers and build brand loyalty.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless event logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and staffing.
- Research and identify suitable event venues, suppliers, and partners.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue setup, catering, transportation, and equipment.
- Develop event budgets, track expenses, and provide postevent analysis and reports.
- Oversee event promotion and registration processes.
- Ensure smooth onsite event management and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Ensure events align with the company's brand and marketing objectives.
- Postevent evaluation and analysis to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Brand Promotion
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of the company's brand image and identity.
- Assist in creating and executing branding campaigns and initiatives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.
- Marketing Campaigns
- Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Integrate event activities into broader marketing initiatives.
- Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
- Ensure that all marketing collateral adheres to brand guidelines.
- Vendor and Partner Management
- Establish and maintain relationships with event vendors and partners.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements for eventrelated services.
- Ensure vendor compliance with contract terms and service levels.
- Budget Management
- Prepare and manage budgets for events and marketing campaigns.
- Monitor expenses and maintain financial records.
- Event Promotion
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to maximize online exposure.
- Post-Event Analysis
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to assess event success.
- Compile postevent reports with key performance indicators and insights.
- Use data to make recommendations for future events and marketing strategies.
Pay:
RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
