    Description

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Cards Receivables Campaigns: Develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives, driving financial growth through targeted initiatives.
    • Sales Channel Support: Collaborate with external telesales, branches, and digital platforms (M2U/MAE app) to promote receivables products, ensuring seamless customer acquisition.
    • Customer Lead Generation: Work closely with Customer Analytics and Insight (CAI) to obtain leads for telesales teams, enabling them to acquire Balance Transfer and Cash Treats customers.
    • Performance Review and Improvement: Conduct regular performance reviews with telesales teams, analyzing sales data, understanding challenges, and gathering feedback to enhance team performance.
    • Advertising and Promotion Planning: Develop and allocate budgets for receivables campaigns and products, optimizing advertising and promotion strategies to maximize results.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with branding, legal, compliance, risk, customer engagement, sales, and external creative agencies to strategize and develop effective advertising, communications, promotions, and tactical approaches.
    • Campaign Approval and Planning: Prepare and present approval papers or memos to management to propose new campaigns or initiatives, driving receivables product growth.
    • Activation Rate Improvement: Design early engagement campaigns to encourage timely card activation, reducing attrition and increasing overall customer satisfaction.

    Requirements:

    • Banking Experience: Prior experience in banking, preferably in product management and consumer banking.
    • Academic Qualification: Degree in any discipline, preferably in banking, finance, or marketing.
    • Key Skills: Detail-oriented, organized, strong marketing skills, ability to work independently, and prior experience in writing and presenting management approval papers/memos.
    • Personal Attributes: Keen interest in numbers, enthusiastic, versatile, willing learner, and positive attitude.
