As a CBS professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY's growth and profitability.

Working with the Talent Team, you'll help develop and execute our people strategy and solutions, including the programs, measures and tools that help our EY member firm's employees achieve their goals.
You will lead as well as support the development and implementation of strategies for performance management, leadership development, learning, reward and wellbeing, recruiting, onboarding reporting processes and other initiatives.
The opportunity
As the Learning and Development Lead, you will develop and deploy learning programs that build future leaders for EY.
Your key responsibilities
In your role as the Learning and Development Lead, you will:
- Consult and influence key leaders to support learning priorities for the assigned Service Line (SL)
- Lead the development of the local Service Line (SL) Learning plan and budget in alignment to EY Learning, business strategy and Region's SL Learning investments
- Ensure effective communication, adoption and deployment of the Global Service Line (SL) Learning curriculum that meet and accommodate to local requirements
- Manage and monitor the execution of the Region's SL Learning plan and budget
- Execute endtoend SL Learning processes and drive process consistency
- Partner with Regional and Local Learning & Development (L&D) teams to ensure a consistent approach to L&D delivery
- Act as a change agent and role model to leadingedge learning and development and leadership practice
- Provide grassroots feedback to support the design and development of Global, Area, Regional and local learning and development curriculum
- Facilitate the identification of high impact experiences to accelerate the development of talents
- Play the facilitation role during key events and support key learning events across Asean
Skills and attributes for success
- Strong track record in executing learning and development interventions
- Demonstrate expertise in theory and practice of learning and development deployment
- Excellent coach and facilitator experience
To qualify for the role, you must have
- A graduate qualification
- Five to 8 years working experience in content development, planning and managing large complex training events and programs
- Commercial acumen. Demonstrate sound understanding of the business and priorities
- A team player. Able to bridge the gap between local country, regional perspective and the wider organization
