Description

Job Responsibilities 1.

Understand and carry out nursing care to patients in accordance with the vision, mission, goals and objectives appropriate to the scope of Nursing Services.

2.

Take care of patient safety, make reports about patient treatment, make patrols in the ward and report to the head of the unit or the doctor regarding the patient's condition.

3.

Ensure that all equipment in the ward is well taken care of and report to the head of the unit if there is any damage.

4. Following the doctor to monitor the condition of patients in the ward and help them perform procedures when needed. 5. Carry out the doctor's instructions related to patient care. 6. Ensure that medicines are in good condition and give medicines to patients according to instructions. 7. Participates in the care, custody and administration of medications in accordance with Hospital Policies and Procedures. 8.

Ensure all staff complies with Prevention and Control of Infection including implementation of surveillance activity in the unit and evidence of involvement.

Job Requirement Diploma In Nursing Registered With Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia (LJM) Possessed Valid Annual Practicing License
