Description
Job Description- Must understand the entire end to end USP claims management process and ability to perform claims process as per process documentation.
- To demonstrate problem solving capabilities in resolving issues and providing solutions.
- Liaise with vendor, MCMC, auditor and cross functional teams such as USP management team and Network teams.
- To share feedback with relevant teams and report issues proactively.
- Sharing process improvement ideas through available platforms or other forums.
- Support Head of Unit in updating documentation on regular basis.
- Support adhoc requests.
- Suggest Control Framework for noncompliance and audit findings.
- Degree in Accounting, Finance or other related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Finance
- Experience working in a medium/large organization.
- Accounting system experience knowledge of SAP, Oracle and Coupa would be an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of Finance process & systems
- Excellent data analytical skill
- Advanced computer skills with demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to analyze, identify trends and decide on appropriate action to minimize risk.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to identify and escalate systemic issues and propose solutions.
- Ability to provide recommendations for automation and improvements.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and can interact with all levels of people.
