Description

• Developing and overseeing control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies.
• Establish, maintain, monitor, review and assess compliance framework,policies, procedures and standards.
• Conduct periodic reviews to assess compliance level of the company.
• Ensure the standards of service level are met.
• Assist to provide timely compliance report to the Chait.
• Ensure daily review of compliance policy and standards.
• Coordinate compliance training.
• Review any new and revised regulatory requirements assigned.
• Require to correspond with Government Regulatory bodies.

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business, Education, Finance, Accounting, Law, Management, Business/Administration, Legal, Economics, etc
• Preferably holds a Regulatory Compliance Certificate from AICB
• Minimum 5 years experience in compliance in banking or collection industries
• Legal knowledge in compliance and collection is an added advantage
• Good experience in handling complaint related to FDCP/PDPA
• Proficient in drafting policies relating to compliance audit
• Proficient in written English
• Well verse in Microsoft Windows (excel, word and power point)
