What you will be doing:

SCM Section Manager interface directly with major customers and are responsible for customer order management until delivery of finished goods to customers.
They are interface directly with suppliers and responsible for next level escalations on procurement related topics.
They have the ability to distribute knowledge, lessons learned and share good practices to achieve competitive advantage for the logistics team. They actively participate in process improvement activities as well as guiding junior Planners.
They have the ability and capability to analyze the company and customer needs using the technical expertise in supply and logistic.
They are responsible to ensure customer satisfaction in line with the company's strategy and goals.
Their focus is on LIWAKS, forecast accuracy, inventory management, cost control on freight as well as meeting department target and KPI.
Decision making on responsible areas including special freight (inbound/outbound).
Review critical parts list.
Coordinator for new SOP involving new models and capacity review.
Accuracy of demand loading, including Sales forecast, for MRP.
Escalate customer order fulfillment and procurement issues.

What you will need to succeed:

Bachelor Degree in any discipline with related working experience in logistic, supply chain;
At least 10 years of working experience in order management and production planning function in manufacturing;
Demonstrated skills in managing and leading a team;
Possesses knowledge and understanding of MRP;
Computer literate with an aptitude for figures;
Proficient in English language both writing and spoken; and
Ability to work independently as well as a team.
