Description
Planning voyages to ensure smooth and efficient operations of cargo and vessels- Provide consistent operational reports on vessel's performance by coordinating with ship masters, charterers, and the booking team
- Continually monitoring vessel safety and tracking ETAs, holdups, and stoppages during loading, unloading, and voyages
- Planning bunker purchases and efficient usage to manage costs
- Processing of port call documentation and the appointment of port agents
- Establishing strong relationships with clients, vendors, and authorities, and resolving disputes related to vessel operations
- All shipping licenses that are required should be monitored and processed for example DSL licenses
- Analyze customer needs and develop innovative logistics solutions
- Ensure that the operational schedules of logistics services are coordinated
- Identify priorities and needs for different aspects of project management and develop plans based on them
- Analyze and estimate the resource requirements for project activities
- Establish operational policies, standards, and procedures.
Salary:
RM4, RM5,000.00 per month
