Description
Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and other systems

  • Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support
  • Organize and maintain IT resources
  • Lend IT support in areas such as cybersecurity, programming, analytics, and data center management
  • Identify and troubleshoot errors with the websites
  • Test the appearance and ease of access of the website on many different browsers and devices
  • Communicate regularly with the clients and help in the training to use the website optimally
  • Perform analysis to understand the user needs
  • Assist in the development and improvement of the software to meet the user needs
  • Conduct tests and identify errors of the programs
  • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting and debugging
  • Help with the software implementations, for example by providing training and support for the staff who will operate the software

Requirements:


  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Management Information Systems major
  • Familiar with Java,.NET, JavaScript or HTML/DHTML and Microsoft Office Suite

Tamil speakers preferred (to communicate with our IT staff from India)

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail

First preference to those who can start from March onwards
