Description
To handle and coordinate with consultant/tenants in social media such as pre and post advertising, event campaigns, Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and website.
- To handle looking into the online marketing strategies for the organisations and liaise with tenants on all the Campaigns.
- To plan a marketing campaigns and maintain and supply content for the organisation (website, Apps, Facebook, Instagram & Tiktok)
- To prepare social media weekly & monthly report
- To upload and update promotion/branding for LED Screen, Digital Standee
- To update tenant information at Website/Digital Standee & Social Media.
- To assist on ground event.
- To handle all functions and operations of the Reception/Information Counter including meeting rooms and reservation for meeting.
- To handle all enquiries, provide information and feedback from customer.
- To handle all Customer Service paging and announcement.
- To handle all Customer Service for tenants and direct mailers tenant coordination.
- To assist all calls functions and responsibilities of the Office Reception Counter.
- To assist all Reception enquiries, provide information and feedback from customers.
- To perform specific or other related duties as maybe assigned in the interest of the company from time to time
Job Types:
Full-time, Temporary, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 8 months
Pay:
RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Weekend jobs
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
