Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage schedules for client meetings, appointments, and deadlines.
- Ensure timely responses to client inquiries and maintain effective communication channels.
- Coordinate with vendors or service providers for equipment servicing and ensure proper functioning.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of DOE acknowledgment letters according to established procedures and guidelines.
- Generate and prepare invoices, Delivery Orders (DO), and related financial documentation for client services rendered or products sold.
- Maintain and update the registration records and monitoring log book with accurate and current information.
- Ensure proper labeling and documentation of packages for accurate delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
