Description
Responsibilities:
Invoicing:
- Assist in the preparation of accurate invoices and ensure timely delivery to clients.
Data Entry:
- Enter financial data into the company's accounting system, maintaining uptodate and accurate records.
Account Reconciliation:
- Reconcile accounts regularly and investigate and resolve discrepancies as needed.
Month-End Close:
- Support monthend close procedures and contribute to the preparation of financial reports.
Client Communication:
- Communicate with clients regarding billing and address any payment inquiries promptly.
Administrative Support:
- Provide support to the accounting team by assisting with various administrative tasks as required.
Salary:
Up to RM1,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Education:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)
Experience:
Accounts Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
