Responsibilities:
- Accountable to handle full set accounts, including AP data entry, month end closing and monthly management report.
- Prepare reconciliation for all balance sheet items and control accounts.
- Monitor bank balance, cash flow position to ensure sufficient funds to meet payment deadlines.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of companies' accounts with compliance to governing standards and regulations.
- Timely follow up with the auditor to ensure the audit report is completed within timelines.
- Ensure completeness of documents in accordance with internal guidelines and policy for audit purposes.
- Assist on matters dealing with company secretary, auditor, tax agent.
- Prepare reports as required by the superior.
- To undertake all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior
.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least Degree in Accountancy/ Finance or equivalent.
- Minimum 23 years of working experience.
- Prior working experience with Big 4/ midtier audit firm will be of additional advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and Navision accounting system will be of additional advantage.
- Dynamic, analytical, and meticulous, strong analytical skills and problemsolving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Selfmotivated and handson, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
