Main Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities

Educational Leadership: Inspire and guide the kindergarten to maintain high educational and care standards.

Curriculum Development: Develop and implement an inclusive early childhood curriculum that meets international standards.

Staff Management: Hire, train, and mentor teaching and administrative staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.

Quality Assurance: Ensure excellence in teaching and learning activities.

Parental Engagement: Maintain effective communication with parents to partner in their child's educational journey.

Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to both local and international educational regulations and standards.

Cultural Sensitivity: Create an environment that respects diverse cultures and backgrounds.

Requirements:

Educational Qualification: At least Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Educational Leadership, or related field.

Experience: At least 5 years in early childhood education, with 3+ years in a leadership role, preferably in an international setting.

Language Skills: Fluent in English with basic Mandarin communication skills.

Certification: Early childhood education teaching certification.
