Summary:


  • Report to Development IT Team Lead
  • Developer for Microsoft Dynamic GP (Great Plains) and handheld
  • To determine operational objectives by studying business functions with Business Analyst to design interface, develop program according to the functional specification and technical specifications
  • To recommend controls/ enhancement by identifying problems or potential improvement area

Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Coordinate and liaise with vendor on project implementation and workflow integration
  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
  • Excellent programming skill (logical and practices)
  • Good knowledge of SDLC or agile methodology or DevOps
  • Good communication skills and teamwork

Skills & Proficiencies:


  • Experience in software development using.
NET and C++

  • Experience in Reporting Database such as Reporting Services
  • Good understanding of OOP and understand COM programming
  • Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android and how to deal with different screen sizes
  • Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns and best practices as well as software tester
  • Experience of offline storage, threading and performance tuning
  • Familiarity with Nocode Rapid Mobile App Development (RMAD) platform like EMOBIQ, etc
  • Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
  • Familiarity with continuous integration to Microsoft Dynamic GP
  • Excellent programming skill (logical and practices)

Requirements:


  • Possess at least Bachelor, Professional Degree in Software Development/ Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years of working experience development in handheld and Microsoft Dynamic GP
  • Prior experience as an android developer will be advantageous
  • Advantage if have plantation domain knowledge
  • Willing to travel across East & West Malaysia and Indonesia

Salary:
RM4, RM8,000.00 per month
