Description

Develop lesson plans for day-to-day teaching activities and establish learning objectives for the day based on curriculum plans and guidelines provided.


  • Support the centre's daily duties in relation to the overall operations of the centre.
  • Conduct classroom sessions for assigned level. Works handinhand with the teaching team in regards to the children in their class.
  • Manage class record updates, child's portfolio and communication via an internal platform.
  • Monitor, record and provide feedback of a child's learning growth progress through classroom assessment, evaluation.
  • Ensure safety and emotional wellbeing of the children are properly cared for.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with parents and the teaching team.
  • Guide and mentor Support English Teachers.
  • Manage logistics planning for noncurriculum activities (e.g. field trips) and festive activities.
  • Attend mandatory trainings and professional development courses when needed.

Job Requirements

  • Strong English language proficiency.
  • Early Childhood Education certificate holders preferred. However, keen applicants from a different industry but with at least ONE (1) year of prior working experience in the early childhood education industry are also encouraged to apply.
  • Good understanding of child development and learning needs with the ability to engage with children between the ages years.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, creative, proactive and have a positive learning attitude.
  • Preferred skills: Classroom setup, preparation and routine management skills, basic first aid knowledge.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
