Assistant Operation Manager

Job Role:


  • Manage, control, and monitor the operational activities.
  • Achieve sales target and increase productivity.
  • Ensure store compliance, procedure, and policies.
  • To ensure that all staff perform their role and responsibilities efficiently and effectively in achieving sales target and good customer service.
  • Operational Planning: Develop and implement operational plans and strategies to meet the company's objectives.
  • Staff Training and Development: Identify training needs and develop comprehensive training programs for new staff members.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and provide guidance to the staff in project planning and execution.
  • Workshop Management: Oversee the operations of the workshop, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to quality standards.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and enhanced operational efficiency.
  • Perform any other relevant and related responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time as required by Head of Operation and Management.

Job Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to convert complex data into meaningful insights.
  • Data driven, analytical and detailed oriented.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and nontechnical departments.
  • Possess own transport and willing to work in officebased in Bukit Jelutong, Shah Alam.

Salary:
From RM3,000.00 per month
