  • You are required to work on rotational shifts.
  • Problem solvers and ability to perform under high paced working environment.

JOB DESCRIPTION:


  • Answering customer and client questions.
  • Handling customer concerns and complaints from client.
  • Resolving customer issues.
  • Regularly contacting customers to ensure their experience with a product or service is positive
  • Answering customer calls and directing them to the appropriate recipient
  • Communicating with customers via phone, mail and live chat

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 24 months


Salary:
RM2, RM2,600.00 per month
