Working hours:
Flexible
Working days: 5 days and 1 rotational days off (Monday - Sunday)
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide aftersales support to customers by responding to inquiries and attending to their needs.
- Setting realistic expectations, resolving fulfilmentrelated problems and providing support to the customer, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
- Prepare management reports summarizing customer interactions and resolutions.
- Attend meetings with the Project Team, Contractors, and other stakeholders to address customer concerns and ensure alignment on support strategies.
- Direct customer requests and issues to the internal resources and ensure followup.
- Communicate effectively by providing accurate information to the users, external partners and stake holders.
- Communicate effectively with team members.
- To take on adhoc projects/assignments.
- Undertake any other duties as and when assigned by Management.
