Contract: 3-months


Location:
Kuchai Lama


Salary range:
RM RM 2500


Working hours:
Flexible

Working days: 5 days and 1 rotational days off (Monday - Sunday)


Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide aftersales support to customers by responding to inquiries and attending to their needs.
  • Setting realistic expectations, resolving fulfilmentrelated problems and providing support to the customer, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Prepare management reports summarizing customer interactions and resolutions.
  • Attend meetings with the Project Team, Contractors, and other stakeholders to address customer concerns and ensure alignment on support strategies.
  • Direct customer requests and issues to the internal resources and ensure followup.
  • Communicate effectively by providing accurate information to the users, external partners and stake holders.
  • Communicate effectively with team members.
  • To take on adhoc projects/assignments.
  • Undertake any other duties as and when assigned by Management.

Job Types:

Pay:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
