Description
Responsible for planning, implementing, monitoring KPI SWCorp and ensuring cleaning and collection services are carried out on time.

  • Ensure the operation plans and schedules are reviewed and updated regularly.
  • Liaise with designated area local authorities and SWCorp.
  • Manage Public Complaints / KPI received in the designated area.
  • Report any problems to Branch Administrator, Service Area Manager or Regional Operation Manager.
  • To communicate with subordinates regularly and report on manpower planning / shortages to management.
  • To plan and analyze training needed for subordinates.
  • To monitor and ensure that subordinates are following company rules and regulations, safety and health guidelines.

Job Specifications

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in operations, managing people and resources such as fleet or equipments.
  • Good team player with high level of integrity, initiatives, resourceful, and good interpersonal skills.
  • Good organizational and analytical skills and possess strong sense of ownership to complete assigned tasks.
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu with good report and communication skills.
  • Good leadership and capable to work effectively with diverse working levels of people.
  • High resilience and able to work under pressure.

Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
