Project Manager

Job Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. They lead cross-functional teams and ensure effective communication to achieve project success.

Responsibilities and Duties

Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

Develop detailed project plans and timelines.

Coordinate tasks and monitor project progress.

Manage project budgets and resources.

Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders.

Ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards.

Prepare regular project status reports.

Lead project meetings and reviews.

Close projects and capture lessons learned.

Requirement

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Proven experience in project management.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Proficient in project management tools.

Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

Analytical and problem-solving mindset.


Salary:
RM10, RM16,000.00 per month

  • Monday to Friday

  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:


  • Project management: 5 years (preferred)
