Summary:

This Account Executive role is mainly to handle the account reconciliation, not accounting data entry related. This role is
open for 2 vacancies and reporting to China Team.

Yours Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data, mainly cover to perform reconciliation of Payment Gateways fees & settlement.
Match and compare order data to identify any discrepancies.
Collaborate with different teams to swiftly investigate and resolve reconciliation discrepancies.
Use your analytical skills to spot data trends and proactively prevent discrepancies.
Keep comprehensive records of reconciliation processes and outcomes.
Communicate findings effectively to management, ensuring transparency on reconciliation status.
Accurately record settlement amounts and verify alignment with company expectations.
Leverage advanced Excel functions to streamline reconciliation workflows.

The Requirements:

SPM, LCCI Certificate, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalents are welcome to apply.
Fresh graduates from accounting background are encouraged to apply.
Prior experience in reconciliation and account handling is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions like VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
Problemsolving skills and the ability to independently investigate discrepancies.
Knowledge of financial principles and accounting practices.

Salary:
RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
